High-frequency bonding

Very sturdy wooden planks with gluing technique

Amargós does not conceive the precogs of the doors as a mere wooden structure made from whole pieces without much processing.

The pre-frame is as important as the structure of a building; therefore, its quality must be extremely high if complications that can become real problems over the years are to be avoided.

The technique that Amargós uses to guarantee the highest quality for its customers is high-frequency bonding.

After laboriously treating the sustainable fir wood, the wooden planks are cut into small strips that will later be joined together.

Only in this way is it possible to ensure that the wood’s nerves, which tend to bend to the sides and therefore deform the piece, are neutralized thanks to the high-frequency gluing technique.

The result is unbeatable. The pre-frame beams are completely straight and sturdy, which ensures that when the door is placed, it fits perfectly in the gap and there is no need to brush the pre-frame beams.

And most importantly, this technique prevents the wooden structure from deforming in the short and long term and from no longer fulfilling its function or causing greater problems, such as the need to replace everything.
